PRIVACY POLICY

The AI Business · Last updated: [DD/MM/2026] · Version 2.0

Your Privacy, Respected

We handle personal data the way we build technology: carefully, transparently and by design. This Policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over your data. As an AI company, we hold ourselves to a higher bar — because trust is the foundation of everything we deliver.

Legal notice — not legal advice. This Policy is a template reflecting the GDPR and Spanish framework current as of 2026 and must be reviewed by a qualified data-protection lawyer before publication. The Spanish-language version shall be treated as authoritative for individuals under Spanish jurisdiction.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data

The data controller is The AI Business LLC, a Florida limited liability company, registered office 11010 NW 86th Terrace, Doral, Florida 33178, United States, Tax Identification Number EIN 41-2953393. For any questions regarding privacy, the processing of your personal data, or the exercise of your rights, you may contact The AI Business LLC at info@theaibusiness.com.

2. What We Collect

Depending on your relationship with us, we may process: identity and contact details (name, email, phone, company, role); information you submit through our forms, audit or booking requests; communications with us; client-project data and materials you provide during an engagement; billing and transaction details; and technical data (IP address, device and usage data, cookies) when you visit our site. We ask you not to send us special-category data unless strictly necessary and lawful.

3. Why We Use It, and Our Legal Basis

We process personal data to: respond to enquiries and provide requested audits or consultations (pre-contract steps / consent); deliver our services and manage the engagement (performance of a contract); send service and, where permitted, marketing communications (consent or legitimate interest, with an easy opt-out); comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation); and secure, maintain and improve our site and services (legitimate interest). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. AI and Automated Processing

We do not subject you to decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing without meaningful human oversight. Where we process personal data as part of an AI engagement on behalf of a client, we act as processor under that client’s instructions, governed by a Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 GDPR.

5. Who We Share It With

We may share data with trusted service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. hosting, analytics, scheduling, CRM and payment providers) under appropriate contracts, and with authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

6. International Transfers

Given our Madrid–Miami–Dubai operations and our providers, some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where it is, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. [Confirm mechanisms with counsel.]

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law (e.g. tax and accounting retention periods), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. How We Protect It

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and review them regularly.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, contact info@theaibusiness.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

10. Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics and, where applicable, marketing. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings. [Link to Cookie Policy if separate.]

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date and, where appropriate, notify you directly.

Privacy isn’t a checkbox for us — it’s part of the product.
